Taper pins and Slip Joiners for Ball Fence

Slip joiners

We weld slip joiners for powder-coated finish pre-fabricated ball fence railing panels. We weld one end of a slip joiner to one end of the railing before powder coating; then, at installation, the slip joiner is inserted into the next section of the railing and secured with a tek screw where necessary.

Taper pins

We use taper pins to hold the rail to the stanchion through the ball. The installer drills a 5mm hole into the Ball and Rail and drives the 5.5 diameter taper pin into the ball and rail. The pin tapered into the hole secures the ball and rail in position. Alternatively, the installer can use a tek screw or pop rivet.

Pre-fabricated ball fence section

We weld all joints on-site for galvanised finish pre-fabricated ball fence railing panels. ( Max. 6m)
