We changed from NRBC 2m retractable belt cassette to N3RC 3m retractable belt cassette in late 2016/ early 2017.
Apart from the belt length, there are several new design features in the updated 3m retractable cassette—more info in the picture below.
If the customer inquires about replacing a specific part on a retractable cassette, be sure to check with the customer which cassette they have!
